Haier unveiled the 1st Experience store in Turkey
The first Haier experience store, one of the most important milestones of commercial growth of Haier Turkey, was opened in Ankara. Haier will now offer its solutions, which take the home experience to the next level with its premium design and artificial intelligence technologies, to its consumers in its Ankara store.
The opening ceremony took place with the participation of Haier management and distinguished guests on 25th May 2024.
This first experience store introduces consumers to Haier’s wide product range, ranging from built-in product range to laundry solutions, from dishwashers to refrigerators with advanced food preservation techniques and small domestic appliances that offer professional support in the kitchen. It opens the doors to a world of end-to-end experience for consumers with its premium design and artificial intelligence-supported products.
In this experience store, Haier opens its smart connected product ecosystem to the experience of its consumers. The hOn ecosystem takes its consumers’ experience with Haier products to the next level with smart connected solutions. The hOn application offers a high-level in-home experience with remote control, additional programs, extensive and professional recipe guides, product maintenance and recommendations for energy efficiency.
Haier Premium Service network will offer all the advanced support with its expert technical support teams focusing on the customer satisfaction. Additionally, Haier Premium Collection laundry perfumes, wine accessories and kitchen accessories are offered to consumers in the store. Haier’s advanced technologies and premium solutions are in Ankara with the first Haier Store.
