Elba Italy obtains UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality

We are pleased to announce Elba Italy has been certified UNI/PdR 125:2022 for its ability to guarantee gender equality in the workplace and an inclusive and equal work environment.  

The certificate has been issued by the IMQ, an international certification body, recognizing the conformity of Elba Italy’s management system for Gender Equality to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard. 

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification recognizes the commitment of organizations in adopting a systemic approach and a cultural change aimed at creating inclusive and equal work environments. 

Elba Italy obtained the overall score of 79%, achieving excellent results in the six macro areas under assessment: culture and strategy, governance, processes and opportunities for the growth and inclusion of women in the company, equal pay for gender, protection of parenthood and reconciliation of work-life.
