Haier Europe recognized as a Top Employer in the UK for the second consecutive year

Exciting news! For the second consecutive year, we’re thrilled to be recognized as a Top Employer in the UK.

This award is a great achievement. It not only demonstrates our commitment to excellence but also reinforces our pledge to keep improving what we do. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases our dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices. 

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR areas consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. We have lots in all these areas to keep working on in 2024 to continue to improve work life at Haier Europe for our UK & Ireland employees.   

As we aim to lead in our market, we understand that prioritising our people is where it all begins. Receiving this recognition for another year tells us that we’re doing something right. But our journey doesn’t stop here.  

Looking ahead, we’re excited about our future, and have full confidence in the UK & Ireland team’s ability to ensure we keep getting better every day.
